Architectural Photography Portfolio
My work in architectural photography includes industrial, engineering and construction photography, such as progress photography of construction sites.
I have produced photographs for the Port of Seattle and Port of Tacoma - industrial government facilities - including airports, control towers and Tracon, the new radar building at SeaTac Airport.
I have also done photography of power plants, cement plants, petrol and gas refineries, sheet rock plants, paper mills, forestry products, warehouses, and even tugboat companies.
Other specialized photography includes buildings that show off a company or some special feature. For example, my work includes photography that shows how a building is designed and constructed, such as for engineering photography. I have helped architectural engineers to better show off their buildings. Many companies have won awards due to my photography.
Commercial Photography
There are many types of architectural photography. My work has included commercial photography such as commercial office complexes, building campuses, retail stores, parking garages, banks, the interiors and exteriors of locations, shopping malls, high-rise buildings, etc.
Real Estate Photography
My experience in real estate photography has involved residential condominiums, high-rise condominiums, vacation homes, and designer homes.
I have even done work for renowned architectural magazines, capturing the exquisite presentations of home exteriors and elaborate interior decors. I have been successful in capturing fine architecture that has involved great skill and effort, including homes with beautiful images.
Digital Photography
Digital photography has provided me with more tools to work with different types of lighting and to make alterations, such as removing distractions, and enhancing the features of photographs. Although I strive to get the job done right the first time, I am also skilled in Photoshop, and do digital retouching and manipulation. In the event that a photograph needs to be enhanced, I have digital photography and all the software tools at my disposal.
